Common use of Description of Vessel Clause in Contracts

Description of Vessel. The Owner represents and warrants that the description of the Vessel on the face page of this Contract is accurate and complete. If, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Company, the description of the Vessel is inaccurate or incomplete in any respect, whether material or not, the Company may refuse to allow the Vessel to be moored at the Marina or, if the Vessel is already moored at the Marina, the Company may exercise its right of termination pursuant to Section 8 of this Contract.
