Description of Goods. 9. 1. This Bill of Lading shall be prima facie evidence of the receipt by Carrier from the Merchant in apparent good order and condition, except as otherwise noted, of the total number of Containers or other Packages or Units indicated on the front hereof as “TOTAL NUMBER OF CONTAINERS OR PACKAGES OR UNITS RECEIVED BY THE CARRIER”.
