Mechanical parts and components as follows: accessible electrical controls; accessible plumbing lines; air pumps; drains; gaskets; and primary circulation pump and motor. Examples of Items/Conditions Not Covered: Bathtub shell; caulking and grout; jets; conditions of water flow restriction due to scale, rust, minerals and other deposits; failures due to dry operation of equipment; gaining access to electrical, component parts, and/or piping; tiles and marble; and tub enclosure.
