Attached hereto as Exhibit A is a list of Telecommunications Services currently available for resale at the wholesale discount rate of 19.2% off the retail rate for each service. Except as otherwise expressed herein and consistent with SWBT's obligation under Sec. 251(c)(4)(A) of the Act, CLEC may resell other Telecommunications Services offered by SWBT and not listed in Exhibit A. Exhibit B contains a list of other services available for resale at the discount included in the exhibit.
