Depositary's Office. Each agent so appointed by the Depositary shall give written notice to the Depositary accepting such appointment and shall agree in writing to be bound by the provision hereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Depositary shall remain responsible for the performance of its obligations hereunder as if no agent were appointed.
