  • Salary Rate Calculation and Payment The biweekly salary rate of employees serving on twelve (12) month (calendar year) appointments shall be calculated by dividing the calendar year salary rate by 26.1 pay periods.

  • Price and Payment Terms 3.1 In consideration of the provision of Services by Provider as may be requested by the Trust pursuant to a SOW, and subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Trust will pay Provider the SOW Agreement Amount or SOW Fees as defined in and set forth in each executed SOW (or SOW Modification Memorandum issued by the Trust) for the Services expressly authorized in each such SOW.

  • Prices and Payment Terms 5.1 Order prices are net and do not include value added tax (“VAT”).   • General Payment Terms You may pay by credit card or through an account with us payable at the end of the month. Pre-scheduled services which are to be performed on-site at Customer’s location may not be cancelled or re- scheduled within thirty (30) days of the beginning of such pre-scheduled services. In the event that Customer cancels or reschedules pre-scheduled on-site services within such thirty (30) day period, Customer shall be required to reimburse Company for any pre-paid non-cancellable pre-scheduled expenses associated with the on- site services.

  • C4 Price adjustment on extension of the Initial Contract Period C4.1 The Contract Price shall apply for the Initial Contract Period. In the event that the Client agrees to extend the Initial Contract Period pursuant to clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period) the Client shall, in the 6 month period prior to the expiry of the Initial Contract Period, enter into good faith negotiations with the Contractor (for a period of not more than 30 Working Days) to agree a variation in the Contract Price.
