Deposit and Cancellation of Contract NEW STUDENTS. Contract cancellations prior to May 1, 2021 will receive a full refund of the $150 deposit. After May 1, the entire $150 deposit will be forfeited. All new student cancellations must be submitted via the Admission Office. RETURNING STUDENTS Contract cancellation requests submitted prior to May 1, 2021 will be automatically approved and will receive a full refund of the $150 deposit. After May 1, 2021, contracts CANNOT be cancelled without approval from Residence Life. If contract cancellation is approved after May 1, the entire $150 deposit will be forfeited.

  • Contract Cancellation By written notice and without a cure period, Buyer may cancel the whole Contract, or any part of this Contract, in the event of the suspension of Seller’s business, insolvency of Seller, institution of bankruptcy, liquidation proceedings by or against Seller, appointment of a trustee or receiver for Seller’s property or business, any assignment, reorganization, or arrangement by Seller for the benefit of creditors, or the debarment or suspension of Seller by any Government agency.
