Dependent for the purpose of this Agreement, dependent means a spouse, whether of the same or opposite gender, and children under eighteen (18) years of age, or twenty-four (24) years of age if the child is in full time attendance at a school or post-secondary institution or any child that remains in the direct care of the parent in the same household because the dependent is medically verified as disabled and under twenty-four (24) years of age.
Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.
Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.
Service Exclusions The Contractor shall not be responsible for any repairs necessitated by abuse, neglect, vandalism, Acts of God, fire or water. These repairs shall be the subject of a separate purchase order and shall not be performed under this contract.
