Departmental and Library Procedures. The departmental or library procedures that are used in the recruitment and interviewing of candidates shall be published in written form and made available to the members of the department or library. All such procedures shall conform with the Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity guidelines of the University and with other applicable policies and shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement.
