Department Review of GMP Proposal. The Design-Builder shall meet with the Department to review the GMP Proposal and the written statement of its basis. In the event that the Department discovers any inconsistencies or inaccuracies in the information presented, the Department shall promptly notify the Design- Builder, who shall make appropriate adjustments to the GMP Proposal, its basis or both.
