Department Assignment. The Hospital will continue its current 7 practice of having a charge nurse and/or assistant nurse 8 manager/managers/directors on the day, evening, and night shifts in each 9 department that regularly has at least three scheduled nurses. The staffing 10 committee will be used to determine any future changes in the number of charge 11 nurses.
