Common use of Dental Program Clause in Contracts

Dental Program. The City shall provide a dental plan and pay the total premium costs for the employee and eligible dependents for the term of the Memorandum of Understanding. The annual maximum benefit amount is two thousand dollars ($2,000) per person. Orthodontic coverage shall be provided for dependent children under the age of twenty-six (26) years and is 50% of the dentist’s allowed fee (subject to a $1,000 lifetime maximum per dependent child).
