Common use of Dental Program Clause in Contracts

Dental Program. Effective for work performed on and after October 1, 1964, the Employer shall contribute to a Dental Plan the sum of five cents (5c) for each hour worked or paid for, exclusive of overtime hours, for each Employee em­ ployed under this Agreement. The details of such Plan shall be completed by March 1, 1965, by a subcommittee on which the Employer and the Union shall be equally represented and shall comply with all pertinent legal requirements.
