Dental Coverage. a) The Employer shall pay all of the monthly premium for a dental plan covering one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of the basic plan “A” and sixty percent (60%) of the cost of the extended plan “B” and sixty percent (60%) of the cost of the extended plan “C” (Orthodontic Plan). The dental plan shall cover regular employees and their eligible dependents (including common-law spouses) under the Pacific Blue Cross Plan, or any other plan mutually acceptable to the Union and the Employer. b) A regular employee is eligible for orthodontic services under Plan C after twelve (12) months participation in the plan. Orthodontic services are subject to a lifetime maximum payment of two thousand seven hundred and fifty dollars ($2,750) per patient with no runoffs for claims after termination of employment.
