Density Factor Sample Clauses

The Density Factor clause defines a specific measurement or standard for the density of a material, product, or substance referenced in the contract. Typically, it sets out how density is to be calculated or verified, such as specifying a testing method or a reference temperature, and may establish acceptable tolerances or ranges. This clause ensures both parties have a clear, objective basis for determining whether the supplied goods meet the required density specifications, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring product consistency.
Density Factor. The proving intervals, tolerances, repairs and methods of correction are the same as those provided for in Section 2.3.D above, except that the average of two (2) successive pycnometer provings shall establish product flowing density, provided the two (2) successive provings agree within 0.0005 (0.05%).
Density Factor. The average of two (2) successive pycnometer provings shall establish product flowing density, provided the two (2) successive provings agree within 0,0005 (0.05%). The new factor should agree with the old factor within 0.0025 (0.25%). If it does not, the density meter should be cleaned and/or repaired as required.
Density Factor. The proving intervals, repairs, and methods of correction are the same as outlined in paragraph B and paragraph C.2 to C.6. A single pycnometer proving is sufficient.
