Common use of DEMONSTRATIONS/SAMPLES Clause in Contracts

DEMONSTRATIONS/SAMPLES. 9.1 Bidders shall demonstrate the exact item(s) proposed within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of such request from the City. 9.2 Such demonstration can be at the City delivery location or a surrounding community. 9.3 If items are small and malleable, the Bidder is proposing an alternate product, the Bidder shall supply a sample of the exact item. Samples will be returned at Bidder’s expense after receipt by the City of acceptable goods. The Bidder must indicate how samples are to be returned.
