Common use of Demise of Premises Clause in Contracts

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (collectively, the "Leased Premises"): (a) the premises described in Exhibit "A" hereto, together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the "Land"); (b) the buildings, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the "Improvements"); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit "B" hereto (collectively, the "Equipment").

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (collectively, hereinafter referred to as the "Leased PremisesLEASED PREMISES"): (a) the premises described in Exhibit "A" A hereto, together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the "LandLAND"); (b) the buildings, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the "ImprovementsIMPROVEMENTS"); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment fixtures and other property described in Exhibit "B" B hereto (collectively, the "EquipmentFIXTURES").

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (collectivelyhereinafter referred to collectively as the “Leased Premises” and individually as the “Auburn Premises”, the "Leased “Bluffton Premises"): ” and the “Milan Premises”, each of which premises is more particularly described in the applicable description in Exhibit “A” attached hereto, collectively the “Land”), together with (a) the premises described in Exhibit "A" hereto, together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the "Land")Appurtenances; (b) the buildings, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the "“Improvements"”); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit "“B" ” hereto (collectively, the "“Equipment"”).

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specifiedspecified and subject to the terms of the Ground Lease, the following described property (collectively, the "Leased Premises"): (a) Landlord's leasehold interest in the premises described in Exhibit "A" heretohereto and created by the Ground Lease (as hereinafter defined), together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the "Land"); (b) the buildings, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the "Improvements"); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit "B" hereto (collectively, the "Equipment").

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (collectively, the "Leased Premises"): (a) the premises real property described in Exhibit "AA-1" hereto, together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the "Land"); (b) the buildings, structures structures, driveways, walkways and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the "ImprovementsStructures"); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described Building Systems Equipment (as defined in Exhibit "B" hereto (collectively, the "Equipment"Paragraph 2).

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (collectively, the "“Leased Premises"”): (a) the premises land described in Exhibit "“A" hereto, ” attached hereto together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the "”Land"”); (b) the buildingsbuilding[s] containing approximately ________ square feet, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the "“Improvements"”); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit "“B" ” hereto (collectively, the "“Equipment"”).

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (collectively, the "Leased PremisesLEASED PREMISES"): (a) the premises described in Exhibit EXHIBIT "A" hereto, together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the "Land"); (b) the buildings, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the "ImprovementsIMPROVEMENTS"); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit EXHIBIT "B" hereto (collectively, the "EquipmentEQUIPMENT").

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (collectively, hereinafter referred to collectively as the "“Leased Premises"): ” and individually as the “Visalia Premises”, and “Sunnyside Premises” each of which premises is more particularly described in the applicable description in Exhibit “A” attached hereto (collectively the “Land”), together with (a) the premises described in Exhibit "A" hereto, together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the "Land")Appurtenances; (b) the buildings, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the "“Improvements"”); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit "“B" ” hereto (collectively, the "“Equipment"”).

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (collectively, the "Leased Premises"): (a) the premises leasehold interest of Landlord in land described in Exhibit "A" hereto, hereto together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the "Land"); (b) the buildingsbuilding containing approximately 292,000 square feet, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the "Improvements"); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit "B" hereto (collectively, the "Equipment").

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (collectively, the "Leased Premises"): (aa ) the premises described in Exhibit "A" hereto, together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the "Land"); (b) the buildings, ,structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the "Improvements"); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit "B" hereto (collectively, the "Equipment").

Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (collectively, the "Leased Premises"): (a) the premises land described in Exhibit "A" hereto, hereto together with the Appurtenances (collectivelyAppurtenances(collectively, the "Land")) ; (b) the buildingsbuilding containing approximately 757,784 square feet, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the "Improvements"); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit "B" hereto (collectively, the "Equipment").

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (collectively, the "Leased Premises"): (a) the premises real property described in Exhibit "A" hereto, together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the "Land"); (b) the buildings, structures structures, driveways, walkways and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the "ImprovementsStructures"); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described Building Systems Equipment (as defined in Exhibit "B" hereto (collectively, the "Equipment"Paragraph 2).

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (collectively, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "“Leased Premises"”): (ai) the premises described in Exhibit "“A" ” hereto, together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the "“Land"”); (bii) the buildings, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed located on the Land, including, without limitation, the roof of the buildings located on the Land (collectively, the "“Improvements"”); and (ciii) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit "“B" ” hereto (collectively, the "“Equipment"”).

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (collectively, the "Leased Premises"): (a) the premises land described in Exhibit "A" hereto, A attached hereto together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the "Land"); (b) the buildingsbuilding containing approximately 260,000 square feet, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the "Improvements"); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit "B" hereto (collectively, the "Equipment").

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (collectively, the "Leased Premises"): (a) the premises land described in Exhibit "A" hereto, hereto together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the "Land"); (b) the buildingsbuilding containing approximately 191,975 square feet, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the "Improvements"); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit "B" hereto (collectively, the "Equipment").

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (collectively, hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Leased Premises" and individually as the "): (a) Auburn Premises", the "Bluffton Premises" and the "Milan Premises", each of which premises is more particularly described in the applicable description in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, together with the Appurtenances (collectively, collectively the "Land"), together with (a) the Appurtenances; (b) the buildings, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the "Improvements"); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit "B" hereto (collectively, the "Equipment").

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (collectively, the "Leased Premises"): (a) the premises described in Exhibit "A" hereto, together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the "Land"); (b) the buildings, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the "Improvements"); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit "B" hereto (collectively, the "Equipment").

Demise of Premises. Landlord hereby demises and lets to Tenant, and Tenant hereby takes and leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the provisions hereinafter specified, the following described property (collectively, the "Leased Premises"): (a) the premises land described in Exhibit "A" hereto, attached hereto together with the Appurtenances (collectively, the "Land"); (b) the buildingsbuilding containing approximately 57,500 square feet, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, the "Improvements"); and (c) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit "B" hereto (collectively, the "Equipment").
