Demand Filing Sample Clauses
The Demand Filing clause establishes the requirements and procedures for formally submitting a demand, such as a claim or request for action, under a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the necessary format, content, and method of delivery for the demand, and may specify timeframes within which the demand must be filed to be considered valid. By setting clear expectations for how and when demands must be made, the clause helps prevent disputes over procedural issues and ensures that both parties are aware of their obligations and rights regarding formal requests or claims.
