Delivery of Phase I Design Package. Engineer shall deliver the completed Phase I Design Package no later than sixty (60) days after the receipt of all the Phase I Owner Deliverables, however, the sixty (60) day timeframe provided for in this section will commence no sooner than October 4, 2007.
