Common use of Delivery & Installation Clause in Contracts

Delivery & Installation. a) Subject to the conditions of the contract, the delivery of the goods and completion of the related services shall be in accordance with the delivery and completion schedule specified in the bidding document. The details of supply/ shipping and other documents to be furnished by the successful/ selected bidder are specified in the bidding document and/ or contract. b) The contract for the supply can be repudiated at any time by the purchase officer, if the supplies are not made to his satisfaction after giving an opportunity to the bidder of being heard and recording the reasons for repudiation. Rate Contract for Selection of Logistic Partner for e-Bazaar c) The Supplier/ Selected Bidder shall arrange to supply, install and commission the ordered materials/ system as per specifications within the specified delivery/ completion period at various departments and/ or their offices/ locations mentioned in the PO/ WO.
