Monitoring of Contract. The parties agree that the GMCB official State Program Manager is primarily responsible for the review of invoices presented by the Contractor. Subcontractor Requirements: Per Attachment C, Section 15, if the Contractor chooses to subcontract work under this agreement, the Contractor must first fill out and submit the Request for Approval to Subcontract Form (Appendix I – Required Forms) in order to seek approval from the State prior to signing an agreement with a third party. Upon receipt of the Request for Approval to Subcontract Form, the State shall review and respond within five (5) business days. Under no circumstance shall the Contractor enter into a sub-agreement without prior authorization from the State. If the entire quantity of goods and service is to be delivered in the form of completed work or entire contract like fabrication work, the process of completion of work may be watched and inspections of the selected bidder’s premises where the work is being completed may be inspected.
