Delivery & Installation. a) Subject to the conditions of the contract, the completion of services shall be in accordance with the delivery and completion schedule as specified in the work order. b) The contract for the supply can be repudiated at any time by the purchase officer, if the supplies are not made to his satisfaction after giving an opportunity to the bidder of being heard and recording the reasons for repudiation.
