DELIVERY AND TESTING. Argonaut will deliver to Symyx one (1) unit of the Product by the date set forth in the Product Development Plan, as determined by the JDC in writing (the "Prototype"). Following the receipt of the Prototype, Symyx shall evaluate the Prototype for conformity with the Specifications as set forth in Product Development Plan. Within (20) business days after the receipt of the Prototype, Symyx shall provide Argonaut with a written evaluation of the Prototype.
