Deliveries by Holdings. At the Closing, Holdings shall deliver to the Purchasers stock certificates registered in such Purchaser’s name and representing the Shares being purchased by such Purchaser, which certificates shall bear the legends set forth in Section 3(b) and shall deliver the executed Notes to each Purchaser representing the principal amount being purchased by such Purchaser.
Deliveries by Holdings. Prior to or on the Closing Date, Holdings shall deliver to LIN-Texas the following, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to LIN-Texas and its counsel:
