Technical Services Agreement. Two originals of the Technical Services Agreement to DLJMB, each duly executed by Morgans Management.
Technical Services Agreement. The "Technical Services Agreement" shall mean the technical services agreement that executed on March 30, 1999 between the Company and Willxxxx Xxxernational Services Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Willxxxx Xxxernational Company, under which Willxxxx xxxeed to provide for technical services to the Company on the terms and conditions specified therein. A copy of the Technical Services Agreement is attached hereto as Annex E, which all Parties hereto acknowledge and agree as such final version, and agree to and accept all terms and conditions thereof.

Technical Services Agreement. (12) Tax Sharing and Indemnification Agreement; and
Technical Services Agreement. The Company shall have duly executed and delivered the Technical Services Agreement, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit 6.1(b)(xiv) prior to October 15, 1997, and, assuming the valid execution and delivery thereof by NCCA, the same shall be in full force and effect on the date of the First Closing.
Technical Services Agreement. Execution and delivery of the Technical Services Agreement, substantially in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Parties.
Technical Services Agreement. The Parties expressly understand and agree that there shouldn’t be any Intellectual Property newly generated under this Agreement. In the event the Parties anticipate and Created Intellectual Property (as defined in the TSA) may arise through an ECO or other engineering change, then the Parties shall develop a statement of work under the TSA. Without limiting the foregoing, in the event that there is Created Intellectual Property generated under this Agreement that is reasonably necessary to enable Company to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale and import Products, the Parties expressly agree that the rights to practice such Intellectual Property shall be included in the licenses granted to the company under Section 8.3 of the TSA (License to Jabil Technology), if and as applicable.
Technical Services Agreement. On the Effective Date, Owner and Representative shall enter into a service agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C (the "Technical Services Agreement").
Technical Services Agreement. Within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date, the Parties shall enter into a Technical Services Agreement that will establish the terms for the reimbursement of any technical services provided by O2Diesel in the Territory.
Technical Services Agreement. Simultaneous with the execution of this Agreement, Owner and Operator or one of its affiliates shall have entered into a Technical Services Agreement, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" (the "Technical Services Agreement").
