Deliverable Reports a. Contractors shall provide both hard and electronic versions of all reports and deliverables discussed in Section 2, Technical Specifications.
Deliverable Reports. For each report, the following information as a minimum must appear on the front cover: -
Deliverable Reports. A written Summary Report, in one (1) copy to the NRC Project Officer, and one (1) copy to the NRC Contracting Officer, shall be submitted within seven working days after completion of each task. The Summary Report shall include, as a minimum, all the required plans as described under B - Statement of Work, Sections No. 5 and 6, as well as names and titles of persons with whom discussions were held, topics discussed, action (s) taken, action (s) pending and itemization of reimburseable costs.
