Definitions, Rules of Constructions. For purpose of this Agreement, in addition to the terms defined above, the following terms shall have the following meanings: “Bankruptcy Code” means 11 U.S.C. Section 101 et seq., as amended from time to time. “Event of Default” means any Event of Default under the Loan Agreement (as therein defined) or any other Loan Document (as defined in the Loan Agreement). “Permitted Payments” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) below.
