DEFINITIONS OF TERMS USED IN THIS AGREEMENT. “Access device,” as the term is defined in federal Regulation E, means a card, code or other means of access to a consumer’s account, or any combination thereof, that may be used by the consumer to initiate electronic fund transfers to or from a consumer account. For purposes of this Agreement, access devices include debit cards, security credentials such as User IDs and passwords, personal identification numbers (PINs), and biometric information. “Account(s)” refers to any Credit Union member share and deposit accounts, including share, share term certificate, money market share and checking accounts, as well as any credit accounts, including personal loans and lines of credit, credit cards, and mortgage loans.
