Common use of Defective Equipment Clause in Contracts

Defective Equipment. If the Equipment that the Customer receives is defective, the Customer may make a warranty claim under Section 9 of this Agreement. Upon discovery of a warranty problem, the Customer must promptly contact the appropriate Seller service center for warranty support. The Customer shall not return the Equipment until a service representative has issued a return authorization, including a form that the Customer must fill out describing the nature of the Equipment defect.‌
