Best Value 12.1 The Council has a statutory duty to provide Best Value pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Act 1999 which includes the need for continuous improvement in the standard of the Services and quality within financial restrictions. The Service Provider shall work with the Council to identify develop and deliver Best Value services under the terms and conditions of this Supplier Agreement within available resources.
Fair Rental Value If a loss covered under Section I makes that part of the "residence premises" rented to oth- ers or held for rental by you not fit to live in, we cover the fair rental value of such premises less any expenses that do not continue while it is not fit to live in. Sale Price (a) As consideration for the sale of the CEF Assets pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof, the Purchaser shall pay to the applicable Seller on the Closing Date, the CEF Purchase Price for the CEF Assets sold and transferred by such Seller to the Purchaser on the Closing Date.
