Common use of Deemed Date of Possession Clause in Contracts

Deemed Date of Possession. In case the delivery of physical possession of the Apartment is withheld by the Allottee on any grounds/reasons, the physical possession of the Apartment shall be deemed to have been taken by the Allottee on the Deemed Date of Possession as indicated in the Notice of Possession and morefully described in Clause 7.3 below.

Deemed Date of Possession. In case the delivery of physical possession of the Apartment is withheld by the Allottee on /Alloteeon any grounds/reasons, the physical possession of the Apartment shall be deemed to have been taken by the Allottee on Allottee/Alloteeon the Deemed Date of Possession as indicated in the Notice of Possession and morefully described in Clause 7.3 7.2 below.

Deemed Date of Possession. In case the delivery of physical possession of the Apartment is withheld by the Allottee /Purchaser on any grounds/reasons, the physical possession of the Apartment shall be deemed to have been taken by the Allottee Allottee/Purchaser on the Deemed Date of Possession as indicated in the Notice of Possession and morefully described in Clause 7.3 7.2 below.

Deemed Date of Possession. In case the delivery of physical possession of the Said Apartment is withheld by the Allottee Promoter on any grounds/reasons, the physical possession of the Said Apartment shall be deemed to have been taken by the Allottee on the Deemed Date of Possession as indicated in the Notice of Possession and morefully described in Clause 7.3 belowirrespective of the date when the Allottee takes physical possession of the Said Apartment.
