Deduction Notification. The Board will make a reasonable effort to notify employees when their pay check is to be reduced in excess of $5.00 due to a change in deductions for fringe benefits, unless the change is due to employee initiated action. Deduction Notification. SCEA agrees to send a certified list, and a copy of the written payroll deduction authorization of all faculty members who request payroll deduction of dues, to the College payroll office no later than October 5 of each year.
