Deduction and Transmission of Fee. 1. Notification - At the beginning of each membership year covered in whole or in part by this Agreement, the Association in conjunction with the Board Secretary will establish a list of those employees who have not become members of the Association for the then current membership year. The Board will deduct from the salaries of such employees in accordance with Paragraph 2 below, the full amount of the representation fee and promptly will submit the amount so deducted to the Association.
