Common use of Dedicated Services Clause in Contracts

Dedicated Services. The Company guarantees that, unless otherwise stated, Dedicated Services will be available 99.9% of the time classified as Live Time. Downtime - Any period of time within Live Time when end users are unable to login to their Service, due to a failure in the Platform or the Service Infrastructure as determined by the Company from automated health monitoring and system logs. Downtime does not include Scheduled Downtime, the inability to access the Service due to your modifications of the Service, or periods where the User capacity is exceeded.
