Dedicated Services. The Company guarantees that, unless otherwise stated, Dedicated Services will be available 99.9% of the time classified as Live Time. Downtime - Any period of time within Live Time when end users are unable to login to their Service, due to a failure in the Platform or the Service Infrastructure as determined by the Company from automated health monitoring and system logs. Downtime does not include Scheduled Downtime, the inability to access the Service due to your modifications of the Service, or periods where the User capacity is exceeded.
Dedicated Services. All Dedicated Services are designed to meet the following Recovery Point Objectives and Recovery Time Objectives. These service levels do not apply if any alternative Special Conditions have been agreed in writing between the Customer and the Company.
Dedicated Services i. From the Effective Date on and once and for so long as [___]** or more FTEs are working on Athena's account in India, each of the AHS Operating Companies will segregate Athena workflows and employees working on Athena's account from their operations servicing other clients in a separate secured area to which only employees providing the Services to Athena have access. The AHS Entities shall employ measures to ensure that (A) employees never have access to computer screens or content with respect to both the Services and services provided to other clients of any of the AHS Entities; and (B) that employees of the AHS Entities who are not working on Athena's account are prevented from accessing or using any of Athena's Confidential Information.
Dedicated Services. Bloorcom shall provide 3 (three) new, dedicated server machines for Customer’s use.
Dedicated Services. The Contractor agrees that the Biosolids Processing Facility(ies), ancillary facilities (e.g., storage/transshipment and distribution), processing equipment, labor, personnel, and transportation equipment for the Active Commitment Quantity and all containers and other Facilities provided under this Contract shall be used exclusively for the Biosolids and Biosolids Product produced from the City's wastewater treatment plants. If the Contractor identifies land application/reclamation sites as part of its marketing program then the Contractor shall have land application areas available for use by New York City at all times for the Active Commitment Quantity. During the term of this Agreement, no other Biosolids, Biosolids Product or other materials shall be processed at such facility(ies), transported in such containers or applied on land attributable to the quantity committed for NYC Biosolids so as to displace any portion of the Active Commitment Quantity agreed upon by the Contractor and the City without the express written consent of the City.
Dedicated Services i. The Order Form describes the Dedicated Services that may be purchased separately from the Services. We agree to sell to you the amount of bandwidth specified in your Order Form. Your site will be the only site operating on the equipment we use to provide the Dedicated Services; however, we or our lessors will retain ownership in this equipment.
Dedicated Services. Dedicated Services include Private Line, Private Line MultiConnect, POP Collocation, Frame Relay, ATM, Dedicated IP and IP VPN products, which are billed in advance pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the applicable, fully executed SOP(s); the Dedicated IP Burstable product is billed in arrears according to Customer's usage and pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Dedicated Services. At least 20 dedicated days of consulting services per year at (a) Client's place of business or (b) other locations (including the places of business of Client's customers) designated by Client. Referral Services: Consultant will be available by phone to provide advice and feedback to Client on a demand basis to queries. There is no limitation to the number of such calls.

Once and for so long as [___]** or more FTEs are working on Athena’s account in India, except as agreed upon by the Parties with respect to specific locations of each AHS Operating Company, each of the AHS Operating Companies will segregate Athena workflows and employees working on Athena’s account from their operations servicing other clients in a separate secured area to which only employees providing the Services to Athena have access; provided, however, (A) AHS Management and Administrative Personnel (defined below in clause (ii)), and (B) operations managers at any of the AHS Entities who work on the Athena account, but do not actually perform Services (“AHS Operations Managers”), will not be required to work exclusively in such separate secured area(s). Other than AHS Management and Administrative Personnel (defined below in clause (ii)) and AHS Operations Managers who are not dedicated to the Athena account, the AHS Entities shall employ measures to ensure that (1) employees never have access to computer screens or content with respect to both the Services and services provided to other clients of any of the AHS Entities; and (2) that employees of the AHS Entities who are not working on Athena’s account are prevented from accessing or using any of Athena’s Confidential Information.
