Declarant’s Consent or Approval. Notwithstanding anything in this Declaration to the contrary, to the extent that any action hereunder requires Declarant’s consent or approval, such consent or approval shall only be required so long as Declarant owns any portion of the Property. At such time as Declarant no longer owns any portion of the Property, any action which is subject to Declarant’s consent or approval shall no longer require such consent or approval.

  • Approval This Agreement shall not be binding until it has been approved by the Committee during a duly noticed Committee meeting.

  • Consent Except as otherwise provided herein, when the consent of a party is required herein, such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
