Decision to Fill Vacancy. Vacancies will be filled on the basis of qualifications for the vacant post. When two (2) or more applicants are equally competent and qualified, seniority in the District will be considered. The Board’s decision with respect to the selection will not be subject to the Grievance Procedures.
