Debts or Delinquencies Owed to the State. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 403.055, PSP understands and agrees that any payment due under this Agreement may be applied toward payment of any debt that is owed to the State of Texas including, but not limited to, delinquent taxes and child support.
