Common use of Debts and Obligations Clause in Contracts

Debts and Obligations. Gulfstream shall pay and discharge or cause to be paid and discharged promptly all debts and obligations of Gulfstream as they come due; provided that Gulfstream may in good faith contest, by proper legal actions or proceedings, the validity or amount of any such debt or obligation and, for the duration of such contest, Gulfstream’s obligation pursuant to this paragraph (a) shall be suspended;
