Common use of Debriefing Process Clause in Contracts

Debriefing Process. 13.1.1 Upon completion of the review, the County shall notify the remaining Respondents in writing that the County is entering negotiations with another Respondent. Upon receipt of the letter, any non-selected Respondent may submit a written request for a Debriefing within the timeframe specified in the letter. A request for a Debriefing may, in the County's sole discretion, be denied if the request is not received within the specified timeframe.
