Common use of Debarrment Clause in Contracts

Debarrment. Consultant represents and warrants that he/she is not debarred from consideration for contract awards by the Director of the Department of Administrative Services, pursuant to either R.C. 153.02 or R.C. 125.25. If this representation and warranty is found to be false, this Agreement is void ab initio and Consultant shall immediately repay to the College Foundation any funds paid under this Agreement.
