Death Outside Australia - Funeral/Service Overseas. The provisions of subclause 34.4 above shall apply upon the death outside Australia of any of the nominated relatives upon the production of satisfactory evidence of the death and evidence of the employee's travel outside of Australia to attend the deceased’s funeral/service.
