Common use of Dealings Clause in Contracts

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the Depositor or Recipient and become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the Depositor or Recipient may be interested, and contract and lend money to the Depositor or Recipient and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Depositor or Recipient or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the Depositor Purchaser or Recipient Seller and become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the Depositor Purchaser or Recipient Seller may be interested, and contract and lend money to the Depositor Purchaser or Recipient Seller and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Depositor Purchaser or Recipient Seller or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the Depositor or Recipient Beneficiary and become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the Depositor or Recipient Beneficiary may be interested, and contract and lend money to the Depositor or Recipient Beneficiary and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Depositor or Recipient Beneficiary or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the Depositor Shareholder or Recipient Purchaser and become pecuniarily interested have a pecuniary interest in any transaction in which the Depositor Shareholder or Recipient Purchaser may be interested, and contract and lend money to the Depositor Shareholder or Recipient Purchaser and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Escrow Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Depositor Shareholder or Recipient Purchaser or for any other entity.

The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of Purchaser or the Depositor or Recipient Seller Parties and become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which Purchaser or the Depositor or Recipient Seller Parties may be interested, and contract and lend money to Purchaser or the Depositor or Recipient Seller Parties and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for Purchaser or the Depositor or Recipient Seller Parties or for any other entity.

The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the Depositor Trust or Recipient the Adviser and become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the Depositor Trust or Recipient the Adviser may be interested, and may contract and lend money to the Depositor Trust or Recipient the Adviser and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Depositor Trust or Recipient the Adviser or for any other entity.

Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Depositor or Recipient or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the Depositor or Recipient Stockholder Representative and become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the Depositor or Recipient Stockholder Representative may be interested, and contract and lend money to the Depositor or Recipient Stockholder Representative and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Depositor or Recipient Stockholder Representative or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the Depositor or Recipient and become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the Depositor or Recipient may be interested, and contract and lend money to the Depositor or Recipient and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Depositor or Recipient or for any other entity.
