NCPS Fees Sample Clauses

The NCPS Fees clause defines the specific charges or fees associated with services provided under the agreement, typically relating to the National Card Payment System (NCPS). This clause outlines how and when these fees are calculated, billed, and paid, and may specify different fee structures for various transaction types or service levels. By clearly detailing the financial obligations of the parties, the clause ensures transparency and helps prevent disputes over payment terms and amounts.
