Common use of Dealings Clause in Contracts

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the Issuer and become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the Issuer may be interested, and contract and lend money to the Issuer and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Escrow Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Issuer or any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the Issuer and become pecuniarily pecuniary interested in any transaction in which the Issuer may be interested, and contract and lend money to the Issuer and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Escrow Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Issuer or any other entity.

Dealings. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Issuer Company or for any other entity.

The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the Issuer Company and its affiliates and become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the Issuer Company may be interestedin interest, and contract and lend money to the Issuer Company or to any Investor and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not the Escrow Agent under this Escrow Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Issuer Company, for any Investor or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the Issuer or Placement Agent and become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the Issuer may be interested, and contract and lend money to the Issuer or Placement Agent and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Escrow Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Issuer Issuer, Placement Agent or any other person or entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the Issuer User or Owner and become pecuniarily financially interested in any transaction in which the Issuer User or Owner may be interested, and contract and lend money to the Issuer User or Owner and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Escrow Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Issuer User or Owner or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, sell and deal in any of the securities of the Issuer Company or any Noteholder and become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the Issuer Company or any Noteholder may be interested, and contract and lend money to the Issuer Company or any Noteholder and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Escrow Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Issuer Company or any Noteholder or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, sell and deal in any of the securities of the Issuer and become pecuniarily peculiarly interested in any transaction in which the Issuer may be interested, and contract and lend money to the Issuer and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Escrow Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Issuer Subscribers or any other capacity for the Subscribers or an other person or entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the Issuer User or Contractor and become pecuniarily financially interested in any transaction in which the Issuer User or Contractor may be interested, and contract and lend money to the Issuer User or Contractor and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Escrow Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Issuer User or Contractor or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the Issuer Company or the Adviser and become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the Issuer Company or the Adviser may be interested, and contract and lend money to the Issuer Company or the Adviser and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Escrow Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Issuer Company or the Adviser or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the Issuer and become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the Issuer may be interested, and contract and lend money to the Issuer and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Escrow Agreement.
