Rights of the Grievant and the Association A. The grievant has the right to Association representation at all meetings and hearings involving the grievance.

Guarantors So long as any Registrable Notes remain outstanding, the Issuers shall cause each Person that becomes a guarantor of the Notes under the Indenture to execute and deliver a counterpart to this Agreement which subjects such Person to the provisions of this Agreement as a Guarantor. FUTURE LEGISLATION AND THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 5.01 If any law now in force or enacted during the term of this Agreement renders null and void any provision of this Agreement, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect for the term of the Agreement. The parties shall thereupon seek to negotiate substitute provisions which are in conformity with the applicable law.
