DBE GOOD FAITH EFFORTS. At a minimum the Borrower or its prime contractor must take six affirmative steps (which apply to any procurement of construction, supplies, equipment or services) to demonstrate good faith effort to utilize minority (MBE), women-owned (WBE) and small (SBE) businesses.
