Days Available. Up to three (3) days of absence shall be granted with pay in any one (1) school year to attend to personal business that cannot be conducted outside of a regular school day. Personal leave may be used on the day prior to or after a holiday, school recess or vacation upon stating the reason for the personal leave. Requests shall be submitted on- line to the appropriate administrator four (4) days in advance when circumstances permit and otherwise not less than three (3) days in advance. If circumstances make it impossible to comply with these advanced application requirements, special consideration may be given by the Superintendent or his/her designee.
Days Available. The sick leave bank would be available to personnel who join the sick leave bank using a graduated scale determined by the number of years served in the district. a. Licensed personnel who have been in the district fewer than five years may apply for up to twenty (20) additional days of sick leave. b. Licensed personnel who have been in the district five years or more may apply for up to forty (40) additional days of sick leave. c. Upon application to the sick leave bank, the requested days shall be allotted to the applicant when approved by the president of the NEA-Kingman County and the superintendent. d. Approval or denial will be based upon the above along with: i. annual attendance record of applicant ii. amount of personal leave used iii. or special circumstances of applicant (i.e.bereavement leave).

  • RDDS availability Refers to the ability of all the RDDS services for the TLD, to respond to queries from an Internet user with appropriate data from the relevant Registry System. If 51% or more of the RDDS testing probes see any of the RDDS services as unavailable during a given time, the RDDS will be considered unavailable.

  • Funds Available Unless the Administrative Agent shall have received notice from a Lender prior to 1:00 P.M. If and to the extent that such Lender shall not have so made such ratable portion available to the Administrative Agent, such Lender and the relevant Borrower severally agree to repay to the Administrative Agent forthwith on demand such corresponding amount together with interest thereon, for each day from the date such amount is made available to the relevant Borrower until the date such amount is repaid to the Administrative Agent, at (i) in the case of the relevant Borrower, the interest rate applicable at the time to Advances comprising such Borrowing and (ii) in the case of such Lender, the Federal Funds Rate. If such Lender shall repay to the Administrative Agent such corresponding amount, such amount so repaid shall constitute such Lender’s Advance as part of such Borrowing for purposes of this Agreement.
