Common use of Date of Termination Clause in Contracts

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for Cause or for DisabilityCause, the date specified in on which the Notice of TerminationTermination is given, and (ii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such NoticeNotice of Termination.

Date of Termination. For the purpose of this Agreement, the term "Date of Termination" shall mean means (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice case of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated a termination for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or required, the date of receipt of such Notice of Termination or, if later, the date specified therein, as specified the case may be, and (ii) in such Noticeall other cases, the actual date on which the Executive's employment terminates during the Employment Period.

Date of Termination. The “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified set forth in the Notice of Termination, and or (ii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for any other reasonby the Executive’s death, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticehis/her death.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean means the date of receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein, as the case may be; provided, however, that (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or for Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date specified in on which the Notice Company notifies the Executive of Termination, such termination and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reasonby reason of death or Disability, the date on which a Notice Date of Termination is given shall be the date of death of the Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as specified in such Noticethe case may be.

Date of Termination. If no notice is given by Employee, termination shall be effective on the last date Employee reported for work with Company, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which shall be deemed to be a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticevoluntary termination.

Date of Termination. For purposes of this Agreement, the Date of Termination" shall mean (i) Termination is defined as: if the ExecutiveOfficer's employment is terminated for Cause (A) by his death, the date of his death, or for Disability(B) pursuant to Section (5)(b) or Section (5)(c) hereof, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice.

The term “Date of Termination" ” shall mean mean: (i) if the Executive's Employee’s employment is terminated by reason of Employee’s death, the date of Employee’s death; (ii) if the Employee’s employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, Termination ; and (iiiii) if the Executive's Employee’s employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such NoticeNotice of Termination.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (ia) if the Executive's employment Employment Period is terminated for Cause or for as a result of a Permanent Disability, the date specified in the next business day after a Notice of Termination, and Termination is given following the Permanent Disability; (iib) if the Executive's employment Employment Period is terminated as a result of death, the date of death; and (c) if the Employment Period is terminated for any other reason, the later of the date on which a the Notice of Termination is given or the end of any applicable correction period except as specified in such Noticeotherwise specifically provided herein.

Date of Termination. “Date of Of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's Employee’s employment is terminated by his death, the date of his death, (ii) the date of expiration of the Term if either party elects not to renew the Term for Cause an additional year or for Disability(iii) if the Employee’s employment is terminated pursuant to any of the other terms set forth above, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for any other reasonreason (except in the case of death), the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice, and (iii) if the Executive dies during his employment hereunder, the date of his death.

Date of Termination. The “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i1) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified set forth in the Notice of Termination, and or (ii2) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for any other reasonby the Executive’s death, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticehis/her death.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause Cause, Disability or for DisabilityRetirement, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice.

Date of Termination. The “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Executive’s death, the date of his death, (ii) if the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Executive’s disability, by the Company for Cause or for Disabilityby the Executive without Good Reason, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, Termination and (iiiii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated without cause or by the Executive for any other reasonGood Reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified any later date (within sixty (60) days) set forth in such NoticeNotice of Termination.

Date of Termination. For the purpose of this Agreement and subject to Section 7(f), the term "Date of Termination" shall mean means (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice case of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated a termination for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or required, the date of receipt of such Notice of Termination or, if later, the date specified therein, as specified the case may be, and (ii) in such Noticeall other cases, the actual date on which the Executive's employment terminates during the Employment Period.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for Cause by his death, the date of his death or for Disability(ii) in all other circumstances, the date specified in the Notice notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticetermination.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (ia) if this Agreement is terminated by the Company for Disability, 30 days after Notice of Termination is given to the Executive (provided that the Executive shall not have returned to the performance of the Executive's duties on a full-time basis during such 30-day period), (b) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, by the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated Company for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given given, or as specified in such Notice(c) if the Executive terminates his employment pursuant to Section 3(e), the date on which a Notice of Termination is given.

Date of Termination. Date of Terminationtermination" shall mean mean: (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, thirty (30) days after a notice of termination is given (provided that he shall not have returned to the date specified in the Notice performance of Termination, and his duties on a full-time basis during such thirty (30) day period); or (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticethe notice of termination.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityby his death, the date specified in the Notice of Terminationhis death, and or (ii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for any other reasonpursuant to notice, the date on which a the Notice of Termination is given provided to the other party, provided, that, if applicable, the Notice of Termination shall not be effective until any applicable cure period has expired and such event or as specified in events leading to such Noticetermination have not yet been cured.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the ExecutiveOfficer's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the ExecutiveOfficer's employment is terminated due to his death, the date of death, and (iii) if the Officer's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (iA) if the this ------------------- Agreement is terminated for Permanent Disability, five (5) days after Notice of Termination is given, (B) if Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilitya Material Change by Company, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (iiC) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticeby the Company.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause pursuant to Section 5.1 or for Disability5.2 hereof, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company other than for any Cause or by Executive other reasonthan for Good Reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticegiven.

Date of Termination" shall mean mean: (iA) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityby his death, the date specified in of his death; (B) if Executive's employment is terminated by reason of his disability, 30 days after the Notice date on which a notice of Terminationtermination is given, (C) if Executive's employment is terminated by the Bank without cause, 60 days after the date on which a notice of termination is given; and (iiD) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice notice of Termination termination is given or as specified in such Noticegiven.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of TerminationTermination (other than a termination by reason of the Employee’s death, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, which shall be effective as of the date on of the Employee’s death, or permanent disability, which a Notice of Termination is given or shall be effective as specified set forth in such NoticeSection 4(c)).

The “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityby his death, the date specified in the Notice of Terminationhis death, and (ii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated pursuant Disability or for Cause, the date of delivery of the Notice of Termination unless otherwise specified in such notice, (iii) the applicable Term Date if termination is due to a notice of Non-renewal, and (iv) if the Executive’s employment is terminated for any other reason, reason the date on which a Notice the Executive ceases performing services as an employee of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticethe Company.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the ExecutiveConsultant's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityby his death, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, his death; and (ii) if the ExecutiveConsultant's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given received by Company or as specified in such NoticeConsultant.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) or, if the ExecutiveOfficer's employment is terminated for any other reasonby the Corporation, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in given. In the case of a termination by the Officer the Date of Termination shall not be less than 15 nor more than 65 days from the date such NoticeNotice of Termination is given.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause Cause, Disability or for DisabilityRetirement, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice. For purposes of this Agreement, the Date of Termination shall also mean the date of the occurrence of a Change of Control of the Corporation which shall be determined by the Board of Directors in good faith for purposes of this Agreement.

Date of Termination. The “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment this Agreement is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityby Officer, the date specified in on which the Notice of TerminationTermination is delivered to Employer, and (ii) if this Agreement is terminated by Employer because of Officer’s disability, thirty (30) days after the Executive's Notice of Termination is given, or (iii) if Officer’s employment is terminated by Employer for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticegiven.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's Officer’s employment is terminated for Cause or for DisabilityCause, the date specified in on which the Notice of TerminationTermination is given, and (ii) if the Executive's Officer’s employment is terminated due to his death, the date of death, and (iii) if the Officer’s employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such NoticeNotice of Termination.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for DisabilityCause, the date specified in on which the Notice of TerminationTermination is given, (ii) if the Executive’s employment is terminated due to death, the date of death, and (iiiii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such NoticeNotice of Termination.

Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityby his death, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and his death; (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reasonOther Termination event (“Other Termination Event”), the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as received by the Executive; and (iii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason stated above, the date specified in such Noticea Notice of Termination by Employer or Executive, which date shall be no less than 30 days following the date on which Notice of Termination is given.

For purposes of this Agreement, “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment hereunder is terminated for Cause or for Disabilitypursuant to Section 7(a), the date specified in the Notice of Terminationhis death or Disability, and (ii) if Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated pursuant to Section 7(b), the date on which a Notice of Termination is given, and (iii) if Executive's ’s employment hereunder is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified any later date (within 30 days after the giving of such notice) set forth in such NoticeNotice of Termination.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the ExecutiveEmployee's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityby his death, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, his death; and (ii) if the ExecutiveEmployee's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which specified in a Notice of Termination is given by Employer or as specified in such NoticeEmployee, which date shall not be less than 90 days after the date of the Notice of Termination.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's Employee’s employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityby his death, the date specified in the Notice of Terminationhis death, and (ii) if the Executive's Employee’s employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified any later date (within thirty (30) days, or any alternative time period agreed upon by the parties, after the giving of such notice) set forth in such NoticeNotice of Termination.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated by reason of the Executive's death, the date of the Executive's death, (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (iiiii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if If the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, whether pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or otherwise, the date on which a Notice set forth in the notice of Termination is given or termination as specified in such Noticethe termination date of the Executive's employment shall be deemed the "Date of Termination."

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, ; and (ii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for any other reasonreason not specified in (i), the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice.

Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the ExecutiveOfficer's employment is terminated for Cause or for DisabilityCause, the date specified in on which the Notice of TerminationTermination is given, and (ii) if the ExecutiveOfficer's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a specified in the Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such NoticeTermination.

Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for as a result of the Executive's Disability, the date specified in the ten (10) days after a Notice of TerminationTermination is duly given, and (ii) if the date of the Executive's death, or (iii) if the Executive terminates his employment hereunder or his employment hereunder is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticeduly given.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i1) if the ExecutiveEmployee's employment is terminated by his death or Disability, the date of his death or date of determination of his Disability; (2) if Employee's employment is terminated by Employer for Cause or for DisabilityCause, the date specified in the Notice of TerminationTermination (which shall not be less than ten (10) days from the date such Notice of Termination is given), and (ii3) if the ExecutiveEmployee's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a specified in the Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such NoticeTermination.

Date of Termination. “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated due to her death, the date of death, and (iii) if the Executive’s employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean mean: (ia) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityby his death, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, his death; and (iib) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a specified in the Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such NoticeTermination.

Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reasonreason other than death of the Executive, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice, and (iii) if the Executive's employment is terminated due to the Executive's death, the date of death.

Date of Termination" shall mean mean: (iA) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilityby his death, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and his death; (iiB) if the Executive's employment is terminated on account of disability under Section 5(b) or by the Company for any other reasonCause under Section 5(c), the date on which Notice of Termination is given; and (C) if Executive's employment is terminated by the Company under Section 5(d), or terminated by the Executive under Section 5(e), thirty (30) days after the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticegiven.

Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause by his death, the date of his death, or for by reason of his Disability, the date specified in all of the Notice conditions to constitute a Disability have occurred, or, if upon expiration of Terminationthe Term, the last day of the Term and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated either for any other reasonCause or Poor Performance, the date on which a specified in the Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such NoticeTermination.

Date of Termination. The “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disability, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and or (ii) if the Executive's Executive s employment is terminated for any other reasonby the Executive’s death, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticehis/her death.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated by his death, the date of his death, or by reason of his Disability, the date all of the conditions to constitute a Disability have occurred, or, if upon expiration of the Term, the last day of the Term, (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for DisabilityCause, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (iiiii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date which is seven (7) days after the date on which a the Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Noticegiven.

Date of Termination. Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated for Cause or for Disabilitybecause of death, the date specified in of the Notice of TerminationExecutive's death, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reasonDisability, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given given, (iii) if the Executive's employment is terminated pursuant to Subsection (c), (d) or as (e) hereof or for any other reason (other than death or Disability), the date specified in the Notice of Termination which shall not be less than sixty (60) days from the date such NoticeNotice of Termination is given.

Date of Termination" shall mean (i) if Executive's employment is terminated by his death, the date of his death, (ii) if Executive's employment is terminated for Disability under Section 8(b) thirty (30) days after the date of delivery of Notice of Termination, and (iii) if Executive's employment is terminated for Cause under Section 8(c) or for Disabilitywithout Cause under Section 8(d), the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified in such Notice.

The “Date of Termination" ” shall mean (i) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the Executive’s death, the date of his death, (ii) if the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Executive’s disability, by the Company for Cause or for Disabilityby the Executive without Good Reason, the date specified in the Notice of Termination, Termination and (iiiii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated without cause or by the Executive for any other reasonGood Reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given or as specified any later date (within thirty (30) days) set forth in such NoticeNotice of Termination.
