Common use of Data Transfer Clause in Contracts

Data Transfer. a. At the completion of a deliverable, Engineer shall transfer all TxDOT Data generated and stored for that deliverable to State in a manner and format acceptable to State and approved by the TxDOT Information Technology Division (“ITD”).
